The theme for December at the Arundel Camera Club was "Abstract Scapes". Just what the heck is an abstract scape? Well its a landscape, cityscape, seascape that is abstract. This was a challenging theme for both the club members and the judge. Some images leaned to far towards a pure landscape, seascape, cityscape and some leaned to far towards the abstract. The judge also wasn't a big fan of some classic techniques where you move the camera while taking the photo (e.g., camera swipes and swirls). I had two honorable mentions.
My first honorable mention was a multiple exposure

My Second honorable mention was this shop taken at the Walt Disney Music Hall in California. This one leaned more toward abstract architecture than a landscape. It's all about the patterns and lines. I printed it on metallic paper.
