In this image I purposefully set out to make a high key image and to make it three dimensional.

Photographed on black plexi with a white background. One light on the background.

Processed in LightRoom, Photoshop, and Nick Silver Effects.

I shot it on Wood flooring with a painted backdrop.

One light on the background and another on the hourglass.

Used cross polarization to minimize reflections.

Unlike the image of cake stands, this image was intended to be low-key, two dimensional to create a graphic like representation.

Shot on black plexi with a black background with two edge strip lights on ether side.

Processed in LightRoom, Photoshop, and Nick Silver Effects.
